• All physical product orders are processed only after successful order confirmation.
• Orders are not dispatched on weekends, public holidays, or declared non-working days.
• Standard processing time is 24–72 working hours, subject to product availability and seller confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines

• Estimated delivery time for physical products is 4–10 working days.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.
• Delays caused by courier partners or external circumstances do not make Drpshippr liable for compensation.

Address & Delivery Failures

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.
• Orders returned due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability may be treated as Return to Origin (RTO).
• Shipping and RTO costs are non-refundable
