Platform Role & Responsibility

  • Drpshippr acts as a facilitation and service platform.

  • We provide technology, tools, operational support, and logistics coordination.

  • Product quality, pricing, legality, compliance, and fulfillment remain the responsibility of the respective seller or service provider.

Payments

  • All payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.

  • Drpshippr is not responsible for bank failures, payment gateway downtime, or transaction delays.

  • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions may be cancelled without prior notice.

Order Cancellations, RTO & Losses

  • Drpshippr is not liable for losses arising from fake orders, unconfirmed orders, or high RTO.

  • Courier penalties, shipping losses, and RTO charges may be borne by the customer or seller, as applicable.

Digital Product Usage

  • Digital products are licensed for personal, non-transferable use only.

  • Redistribution, resale, copying, or sharing of digital content is strictly prohibited.

  • Any violation may result in account suspension and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Drpshippr shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses or profit expectations

  • Advertising or marketing losses

  • Courier delays or delivery failures

  • Technical outages or third-party failures

In all cases, Drpshippr’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.

Account Suspension & Termination

Drpshippr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account or service without prior notice in cases of:

  • Policy violations

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Abuse or misuse of platform services

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
