Physical Products
Returns – Eligible Cases
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Product received is damaged

Incorrect product delivered

Manufacturing defect
A clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory to raise any return or replacement request.

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Returns – Not Eligible
Returns will not be accepted in cases of:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Normal wear and tear or usage
-
Incorrect address or delivery failure due to customer unavailability

Discounted, promotional, or clearance items
Refunds (Physical Products)

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

Shipping charges, COD charges, and RTO costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.
Digital Products & Services
Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital products and services are non-refundable and non-returnable.
This includes but is not limited to:

Online courses and training programs
-
Digital downloads (PDFs, templates, tools)
-
Software access
-
Subscriptions
-
Any downloadable or login-based service
Once access is granted, a file is downloaded, or a service is activated, the transaction is considered final.
