Physical Products

Returns – Eligible Cases

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

A clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory to raise any return or replacement request.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Returns – Not Eligible

Returns will not be accepted in cases of:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Normal wear and tear or usage

  • Incorrect address or delivery failure due to customer unavailability

  • Discounted, promotional, or clearance items

Refunds (Physical Products)

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Shipping charges, COD charges, and RTO costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.


Digital Products & Services

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital products and services are non-refundable and non-returnable.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Online courses and training programs

  • Digital downloads (PDFs, templates, tools)

  • Software access

  • Subscriptions

  • Any downloadable or login-based service

Once access is granted, a file is downloaded, or a service is activated, the transaction is considered final.
